William Howard Skinner, age 85, of Cadiz, KY, passed away on Thursday, April 14, 2011, at Caldwell County Medical Center in Princeton, KY. Mr. Skinner was a US Army Veteran serving in WWII. He was a retired federal employee. He attended Dry Creek Primitive Baptist Church and was a member of The Cadiz Masonic Lodge #121 where he was a fifty year member, a member of the American Legion and the VFW.  He is survived by Three Sons & Daughters In Law Tommy & Annette Skinner, Cadiz, KY, Tony Skinner, Panama City , FL and Kevin & Kay Skinner, Cadiz, KY, Four Daughters & Sons In Law Melba Futrell, Hopkinsville, KY, Rebecca Smith, Gainsboro, TN, Barbara & James Fowler, St. Louis , MO, Karen & James Adams, Jr., Cadiz, KY, Sister June Cobb, Cadiz, KY, Eleven Grandchildren Myra Corneluis, Dianna Savetman, Brian Smith, Whitney Martin, Layla Nieman, Amelia Saint, Amanda Grace, Sarah Hawkins, James Adams, III, Jeremy Skinner, Beau Skinner, Two Step Grandchildren Courtney Broadbent & Josh Futrell, Fifteen Great Grandchildren Austin Hart, Garrett Hart, David Savetman, Madison Savetman, Becca Smith, Sarah Heggie, McKenzie Martin, Ryn Nieman, Langston Saint, Thomas Hawkins, Noah Hawkins, Chloe Adams, Jane Elizabeth Skinner, Madilynn Skinner, Lana Skinner. He was preceded in death by his Parents Carnell & Gracie Askew Skinner, Wife Melba Adell Thomas Skinner, Daughter Teresa Jane Skinner, Brother Donnie Ray Skinner. 

Arrangements are being handled by Goodwin Funeral Home, Inc., 138 Main St. -P.O. Box 2050 Cadiz, KY 42211-031 in Cadiz, KY where the family will receive friends after 4:00 PM pn Saturday, April 16, 2011. Funeral Service will be at Goodwin Funeral Home at 2:00 PM Sunday, April 17, 2011 with the Reverend Irvin Darnall and Reverend Robert McIntosh officiating. Burial will follow at Futrell - Skinner Cemetery in Trigg Co., KY. Memorial Contributions can be made to The Futrell Skinner Cemetery %FNB Bank PO Box 500, Cadiz, KY 42211.
