Terry Moss

Terry Moss, age 60, of Cadiz, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, June 13, 2017, in Trigg County.  Mr. Moss was a truck driver who worked as an independent contractor for more than 30 years.  He was a volunteer at Micah Mission Center in Hopkinsville where he served weekly.  Terry was also a member of Cadiz United Methodist Church where he was an active member of the Methodist Men's Group and the SPR Committee.

He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Julianne "Julie" Moss, Cadiz; one son, Jason Mullenix (Allison), La Crosse, Wisconsin; three daughters, Cindy Pflueger (Chris), Brazil, Indiana, Jaime Strohm (Ryan Pearson), Clinton, Indiana, and Ashley Bonte (Jason), Centerpoint, Indiana; eight grandchildren, Tyler Newman, Taylor Bonte, Zoe Bonte, Kade Pflueger, Logan Bonte, Betty Mullenix, Kenzie Pflueger, and Archer Mullenix; one brother, Tony Moss (Kay), Brazil, Indiana; one sister, Kelly Moss (Tony Britton), Brazil, Indiana; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Keith and Betty Simonson, Cadiz; brother-in-law, Chris Simonson (Vendie Stokes), Ormond Beach, Florida; and sister-in-law, Jennifer Hawkins (Rich), Brazil, Indiana.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Glendon Dale and Shandra Carr Moss.

The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Friday, June 16, 2017 at Cadiz United Methodist Church, 482 Lakota Drive in Cadiz.  A Celebration of Life service will begin at 5:00 PM on Friday, June 16, 2017, at Cadiz United Methodist Church, with the Reverend Jamus Redd and Dr. Scott Wilson officiating.

I am so very sorry to hear of your loss. Terry was definitely one of the good guys. Always a smile on his face...compassionate, family man, heart of gold. He will be missed. Sending all of you my love, hugs, and comfort during your time of sorrow.
