Rosalina Peña Lopez

Rosalina Peña Lopez, age 72, of Hopkinsville, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, May 14, 2017, at Baptist Health Hospital in Madisonville, Kentucky.  Mrs. Lopez retired from quality control at Schick Manufacturing in Milford, Connecticut, after 22 years of employment.  She was a member of Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Hopkinsville.

She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Juan Lopez of Hopkinsville; two sons, Juan Lopez, Jr. (Amy) of Hamden, Connecticut, and Edwin Lopez (Robin) of Hopkinsville; two daughters, Rose Marie Davis (David) of Rialto, California, and Jeannette Lopez of Hamden, Connecticut; one brother, Hiram Roldan of Indiana; one sister, Gloria Lopez of Puerto Rico; seven grandchildren, Jasmine Merrikh Lopez (Jose), Jonathan Lopez, Nicholas Lopez, Jessica Merrikh, Justin Lopez, Amanda Lopez, and Aiden Lopez; and one great grandson, Jacob Lopez.

She was preceded in death by her father, Andres Peña, and her mother, Georgina Roldan.

Memorial services will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, May 17, 2017, at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, 902 East 9th Street, Hopkinsville, Kentucky.  Arrangements are being handled by Goodwin Funeral Home, Inc., 138 Main Street in Cadiz, Kentucky.
