Nick Stewart

Nick Stewart, age 57, of Lafayette, KY, passed away Saturday, April 11, 2015, at Bradford Heights in Hopkinsville, KY.  Mr. Stewart was retired from the Colonial Bakery with 25 years of service and had also worked at TGASK in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. Mr. Stewart was also a member of Bethel United Methodist Church. He is survived by: Son - Bradley & Brittney Stewart, Cadiz, KY, Son - Ashton & Amber Stewart, Warrenton, MO, Long Time Friend - Susie Stewart, La Fayette, KY, Grandchildren - Aniston Stewart, Malachi Stewart, Ella Joy Stewart, Liana Grace Stewart, Judson Thomas Stewart, Brother - Chris & Debbie Stewart, Nashville, TN, Brother - Danny Stewart, Nashville, TN, Sister - Patty Johnson, Winchester, TN, Mother - Judith Stewart, Goodlettsville, TN, & several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by: Father - Travis Martin Stewart & Son - Brandon Travis Stewart.  Arrangements are being handled by Goodwin Funeral Home, Inc., 138 Main St. -P.O. Box 2050 Cadiz, KY 42211-031 in Cadiz, KY. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM til the service time at 11;00 AM, Saturday, April 25, 2015 at Bethel United Methodist Church. Memorial Services will be at Bethel United Methodist Church at 11:00 AM Saturday, April 25, 2015 with the Reverend Kenny Rogers officiating. Memorial Contributions can be made to Pennyroyal Hospice, 220 Burley Avenue, Hopkinsville, KY 42240.

I, too, grew up with Nicky; and he had become a Facebook friend in recent years. I am so sorry to hear of his death. Love and peace to you alll.

Nicky and I were best friends growing up in Goodlettsville. I had just gotten in contact with him again within the last couple of years and am very sad to hear of his passing. May God grant you all comfort at this time of grief.
