Leave Condolences

Linda and I attended UK together and later worked together at CTI. Always a friend. I'll cherish my memories of her with other friends around the campfire at the Haley's comet campout several years ago, and on the strip mines in Breathitt County. Rest in peace.

On behalf of the Department of Forestry and Natural Resources at the University of Kentucky please accept our sincere condolences. Linda was a friend and alumni of the Department and we have fond memories of her while at UK and in later years working with her at Ft. Campbell. She will be remembered and treasured. Jeff Stinger Professor and Interim-Chair Department of Forestry and Natural Resources

I am so sorry to hear of Linda's death. I will keep you and your family in my thoughts.

I know the Alderdice family and friends have saddened hearts because of losing Linda recently in death. So I want to share this beautiful scripture where our heavenly Father, Jehovah God (Psalm 83:18), promises us that he is going to do away with man's greatest enemy, death. Rev. 21: 4; "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore." When our loved ones fall asleep in death, the pain and grief seems unbearable. Our loving God Jehovah understands how we feel and he comforts us by means of his word the Bible. ." Jehovah invites you to throw all your burdens on him and he will sustain you in your time of grief. (Psalm 34:18) You are in my prayers.

Sorry to hear about Linda. Knew her from Ft Campbell. Enjoyed working with her. She was professional and really cared about what she did. Glad she got to enjoy some years being retired.
