Leave Condolences

Uncle Ed you aunt Gladys and mom and dad gave us all enough memories to last two lifetimes. Your greatest thing to me was the love you had for your family. Thank You for showing me how to laugh at the little things in life! Gonna miss ya Unc !

To Sharon and family. I am so sorry to hear of your loss but rejoice with you that he is with the Lord. My dad has been gone for 13 years now and there is not a day I don't miss him. My compensation is the heritage he left me and the knowledge that we will meet again on the other side. My prayer is that you will experience that same comfort and the peace that only God can give.

I was privileged to have known George for 54 years and will miss him immensely. I worked for him at UofL for 9 years, where he gave me an opportunity of a lifetime and taught me so much. Our work was serious but his incredible wit made it all enjoyable and the time just flew by. I tremendously admired how he took such loving care of Gladys. In later years our lunches and fishing trips were icing on the cake. Thanks George, for everything we've shared and for your service to our country. You were one of the greatest of the "Greatest Generation".

Sorry we cannot be there; he was a special uncle. Glad we saw him at the wedding this summer. Love to all of you.

To one of the best Grandfathers that a grandson could ever have. Pop you were a true gentleman. Thanks for all the great memories. RIP
