Edith Cameron Fourshee, age 92, of Cadiz, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, April 30, 2017, at Barkley Plantation in Cadiz. Mrs. Fourshee retired from the former Trigg County Farmers Bank after 35 years of service. She was a faithful member of Cadiz Baptist Church for many years and was also the second oldest member.
She is survived by three step sons, John Fourshee (Vickie), Anthony Fourshee (Jill), and Paul Fourshee, all of Cadiz; three grandchildren, Edye Raymond (Peter), Amy Miller (John Mark), and John Matt Fourshee (Michele); eight great grandchildren, Thomas Raymond, Myles Fourshee, Penelope Raymond, Lyla Fourshee, John Luke Miller, Nolan Fourshee, Henry Miller, and Everett Miller.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Effie Piercy Stewart; her husband, Tommy Fourshee, in 2010; and her first husband, J.W. Cameron, in 1973.
Arrangements are being handled by Goodwin Funeral Home, Inc., 138 Main Street in Cadiz, where the family will receive friends after 4:00 PM Wednesday, May 3, 2017. The funeral service will be at Goodwin Funeral Home, Inc., at 12:00 PM Thursday, May 4, 2017, with the Reverend Kevin Roberts officiating. Burial will follow at East End Cemetery in Cadiz.
