David Lee Neighborgall

David Lee Neighborgall, age 65, of Cadiz, KY, passed away Sunday, January 3, 2016, at Saint Thomas Medical Center West in Nashville, TN.   Mr. Neighborgall's working career included Stone Plastics, Lake Barkley State Resort Park, Kentucky Finance Company & Perdue Woodworks.  He was a US Army Vietnam veteran, a member of Bethel United Methodist Church & Green River Archaeological Society of Kentucky. He is survived by: Wife of 42 years- Sarah B. Neighborgall, Cadiz, KY, Two Sisters - Rhonda Hancock, Goodlettsville, TN & Ruth Harmon, Hopkinsville, KY, Brothers-In-Law & Sisters-In-Law- Rebecca & Gene Knight, Bumpus Mills, TN, Eunice & Joe Stone, Cadiz, KY, David & Jill Cunningham, Cadiz, KY, Nieces & Nephews- Josh Hancock & wife, Monica, Wesley Harmon, Jason Knight & wife, Gracie, Mackenzie Stone, Melanie Collins & husband, Adam, Hayden Cunningham & Bryce Cunningham, Great Nephews & Nieces- Alexandria Hancock, Augusta Hancock, Caleb Knight, Abby Knight, Ella Knight, Addison Collins & Dawson Collins, Aunts & Uncles- Bill Neighborgall & Mary Ellen Blythe & Great Aunt & Uncle- Judy & Ish Skaggs.  He was preceded in death by: Parents - Wesley & Mary "Frankie" Neighborgall & Brother-In-Law - Leslie Hancock.  Arrangements are being handled by Goodwin Funeral Home, Inc., 138 Main St. in Cadiz, KY where the family will receive friends after 4:00 PM on Wednesday, January 6, 2016.  Funeral Service will be at Goodwin Funeral Home at 11:00 AM Thursday, January 7, 2016 with the Reverend Kenny Rogers officiating.  Burial will follow at Hurricane Baptist Church Cemetery in Trigg Co., KY.  Memorial Contributions can be made to:  Bethel United Methodist Church, 3155 Caledonia Road, Cadiz, KY 42211, Hurricane Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, 334 Howard Road, Eddyville, KY 42038 or the Trigg Co.
