Carolyn Thomas Cunningham

Carolyn Thomas Cunningham, age 70, of Cadiz, KY, passed away Tuesday, April 15, 2014, at her home in Cadiz, KY.  Mrs. Cunningham had worked at the Wal-Mart Super Center in Hopkinsville, KY for over  twenty years.  She was a member of the Church of God. She is survived by: Two Daughters & Son-In-Law- Nikki Cunningham, Cadiz, KY,  Kim & David Hargrove, Cadiz, KY, Two Sisters & Brother-In-Law- Linda & Larry Taylor, Cadiz, KY, Debbie Calhoun, Cadiz, KY, One Uncle - Aaron Thomas, Cadiz, KY One Niece - Martee Powell, Cadiz, KY, Two Nephews- Jeff Noel & Jamie Stewart, of Cadiz, KY.  She was preceded in death by: Father - Tommie Thomas, Mother - Nora Mae Thomas, Sister - Teresa Curtis, & Husband - William "Billy" Johnson Cunningham.  Arrangements are being handled by Goodwin Funeral Home, Inc., 138 Main St. -P.O. Box 2050 Cadiz, KY 42211-031 in Cadiz, KY where the family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday, April 18, 2014.  A memorial service will be held at a later date.  Memorial Contributions can be made to:  Pennyroyal Hospice, 220 Burley Avenue, Hopkinsville, KY 42240.

I was so sorry to hear of Carolyn's passing. She was a member of our Class of 1961 and a friend to all. May God comfort her family members and friends at this time of loss.

Kim, I am so sorry for your loss. I know how close you were to your mom. I will keep you in my prayers.

A Special sister-in-law !! Loved her and always a joy to be around !!! Loved to tease and joke with her !! It was a joy to bake her my chocolate cake and see her enjoy eating it !! Will miss you when the Family gets together again !!

It seems like only yesterday, that we were little girls playing together and getting into trouble. I'm so sorry to hear about your Mom. My heart aches for you and your family during this time. Carolyn was such an amazing person and she will truly be missed. You and the whole family are in my thoughts and prayers. Love, Debbie

My heartfelt condolences go out to Carolyn's family. We were in school together and the class of 1961 will miss her. I am glad to have called her my friend.
