Bill Calhoun, age 90, of Cadiz, KY, passed away on Sunday, December 19, 2010, at his residence in Cadiz, KY. Mr. Bill Cahoun was a US Army Veteran serving in WWII. He retired from the Corp of Engineers with 33 years of service. He was a member of Canton Baptist Church, a member of the American Legion, The Lions Club and Cadiz Masonic Lodge #121. He was survived by his wife of 67 years Magdalene Noel Calhoun, Cadiz, KY, Three Sons & Daughters-In-Law Brent Calhoun & Beverly Carty, Summerville, AL, Barry & Deborha Calhoun, Brownstown, MI and Greg & Janet Calhoun, Cadiz, KY, Daughter-In-Law, Joy Calhoun, Columbia, TN, Son-In-Law, James Proffitt, Columbia, TN, One Brother Lacy Calhoun, Grand Rivers, KY, Seven Grandchildren, Colter Calhoun, Adam Calhoun, Lori Rumley, Amy Vasko, Austin Calhoun, David Proffitt, Tina Guldberg, Ten Great Grandchildren Ryan Calhoun, Emily Calhoun, Cal Vasko, Gabe Vasko, Ella Rumley, Emily Proffitt, Cole Proffitt, Ben Proffitt, Sophia Guldberg, Michael Guldberg. He was preceded in death by his Parents Harlan & Emma Dixon Calhoun, Son Ricky Calhoun, Daughter Sandra Proffitt, Two Brothers Amos "Dave" Calhoun and Hay Calhoun, Three Sisters Katie Calhoun, Lula Killmer and Ruby Sumner. Arrangements are being handled by Goodwin Funeral Home, Inc., 138 Main St. -P.O. Box 2050 Cadiz, KY 42211-031 in Cadiz, KY where the family will receive frends after 4:00 PM on Tuesday, December 21, 2010. Funeral Service will be at Goodwin Funeral Home at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, December 22, 2010 with the Reverend Bro. Paul Cannon officiating.
